 About No Regrets 2012

Men from all over the North America are gathering at the No Regrets Men’s Conference to help them grow into fully-devoted followers of Jesus. The response has been overwhelming – with over 6,000 men attending the 2011 conference.  The 2012 conference at the home Elmbrook Church site sold out its 3,000 seats in under 10 minutes!  (Somebody's on to something here.)

The No Regrets Men's Conference is a ministry of Elmbrook Church's ministry to menThe conference began in 1994 when a group of men from Kenosha, Wisconsin were faithful to the calling of the Lord to start a statewide men’s conference. The next year the conference was moved to Elmbrook Church and it's been a blessing to the men of Wisconsin for 18 years now.  The conference is now being shared around the country and with men here in Kirtland, NM and the Four Corners!

Check out the video to get a taste of what the No Regrets Men’s Conference is all about. Click here . . .

 The No Regrets Conference Mission
…is to create an environment for men to be challenged in their relationship with the Lord by providing information relating to home, work, and ministry, and provide an opportunity for men to fellowship and worship together.

 The No Regrets Conference Vision
…is to see biblical spiritual awakening come to the men in the US and a men’s ministry to every church in the US.

No Reserves  -  No Retreats  -  No Regrets.

Character that Counts

Unleashed to Live—As Men of Honor

Where have all the real men gone? Some of the things that tie us down and hold us back are struggles in the areas of purity, sexuality, and living as a healthy male. God knows that and wants us to come to an accurate understanding of our design as individuals, and the role our friends play in helping us maintain our God-design. Find freedom from your bonds and walk in wholeness.

Bio: Rod Handley is the Founder and President of Character That Counts, a ministry that was established in July 2000. Rod has published 15 books including, Character Counts-Who’s Counting Yours? which details how to begin the process of being accountable to one another. The book is a practical tool for helping people who desire to be people of character and integrity.

Telling the Truth

Unleashed to Overcome—When Life Gets Hard

Whether it’s the loss of a job, marital struggles or declining health, we will all face the storms of life. How should we sort out our thoughts, and what should be our response? Do we ride out the storm, or take a “foolish” step out of the boat? What does God’s Word say about it? Will you face your fears and be unleashed to follow Christ?

Bio: Known for his logic and wit, Stuart Briscoe has been preaching since he was just 17 years old. Now, edging close to 80 years young, he shows no sign of slowing down. In fact, he continues teaching the Bible on nearly every continent. Stuart Briscoe was born in Millom, Cumbria, England in 1930, graduated from high school at the age of 17, and promptly embarked on a career in banking. He studied law, economics, and accounting in his spare time and eventually became personal assistant to the Chief Inspector of the bank. He started preaching at age 17. In 1970, Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI, U.S.A. asked Stuart to become pastor. The church has since grown to a weekly attendance in excess of 7,000 and has planted eight sister churches in the Milwaukee area. Elmbrook’s TV and radio ministries-Telling the Truth, featuring Stuart and Jill are broadcast widely–while his extensive video and audio tapes and more then 40 books extend his ministry. He has stepped down as Senior Pastor and is now Minister-at-Large.

No Regrets Men’s Ministries

Your Work Matters to God

This is not my father’s world. The world we live in, unlike the world of our parents, has experienced rapid and seismic changes in recent decades. Issues such as globalization, urbanization and a shift in Christianity’s center of gravity are requiring us to think differently about our world. In what ways is God moving across the globe? How can we engage those outside the church? What does it mean to be released to be a witness in this brave new world?

Bio: As one of only a handful of full-time men’s pastors across the country, Steve Sonderman is on the leading edge of local church ministry to men. Steve has been an associate pastor at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin, for the past 25 years. He regularly consults and leads seminars for churches from a wide range of denominations to assist in developing local men’s ministries.

Steve’s real passion is to see every local church have its own ministry to men. As a result of his own research into the unique ministry needs of men, he founded No Regrets Men’s Ministries – NRMM (formerly Top Gun Ministry). NRMM has as its purpose the desire to equip churches to develop men’s ministry in the context of the local church. His book, How to Build a Life-Changing Men’s Ministry, provides the nuts and bolts of putting together a men’s ministry that works. Steve’s latest release, Mobilizing Men for One-on-One Ministry, is a practical guide for personal ministry for any man whose heart’s desire is to leave no man behind!

With over 90 seminars at four different venues, we know it's impossible for you to hear all this great teaching in one day. So, to get the most from the No Regrets Conference, audio recordings of the seminars and keynote sessions will be available for free download.  Conference participants will recieve a link to download the conference's over 90 other seminars.

The Ministry to Men Team - FBC Kirtland, NM

Our Goal
The purpose of the First Baptist Church of Kirtland Ministry to Men team is to help men fully grow into the men that Christ calls them to be at home, work and in the community.

Our Methods

We do this by providing men a safe and loving place of fellowship, encouraging and equipping them to evangelize the lost, discipling them in the skills of Christ-like living and offering meaningful opportunities for service and learning at First Baptist Church, the work place and the world at large.
